| 4. | From here you can add additional e-mail accounts on the same computer as before |

| 5. | Now you just need to configure Outlook to prompt you which profile you want to use. |
| 6. | Start Outlook |
| 7. | Go to Tools / Options |
| 8 | Click on the Mail Services bat |
| 9. | Check Prompt for a profile to be used |

| 10. | The next time you start Outlook, you will be asked with profile you want to use. |
| 11. | This is also one reason I prefer to create profiles with the person’s name. The default one of Microsoft Outlook Internet Settings does not give much information about what e-mail account it is using. |
