| 1. | If you would like to change the default location for where your My Documents folder is kept, that is fairly easy to do. One reason I always change that is because I install the Operating System and Programs on a separate Partition or Drive. Then I can keep the My Documents folder always the same. |
| 2. | Start the Windows Explorer |
| 3. | On the left side, right click on Documents |
| 4. | Select Properties |
| 5. | This will bring up a similar screen |

| 6. | Click on the Add button |
| 7. | Browse to the location where you like your My Documents to be located. |
| 8. | In the following example, I added My Documents (D:) |

| 9. | My recommendation is to then remove the other locations. |
| 10. | Highlight the other locations and click on the Remove button |
| 11. | Then you will be left with just the location you want. |
