Setting Up Profiles in
Outlook98/Outlook2000 |

click on the Outlook Icon |
| 2. | Click on the Show Profiles button |

Click on the Add button |

From here you can add additional e-mail accounts on the same computer as
before |

Now you just need to configure Outlook to prompt you which profile you
want to use. |

Start Outlook |

Go to Tools / Options |

Click on the Mail Services bat |

Check Prompt for a profile to be used |

The next time you start Outlook, you will be asked with profile you want
to use. |

This is also one reason I prefer to create profiles with the person's
name. The default one of Microsoft Outlook Internet Settings does
not give much information about what e-mail account it is using. |
